So im new to overclocking i have a i7 7700k with a corsair h100iv2 cooler i have overclocked to 5ghz at 1.380 volts my idle temp is in the mid 30's under heavy load it bounces around the mid 60' to mid 70's and will max on some of the cores to almost 90° is this ok or is it running to hot?

If it's maxing out around 90c then it's getting pretty warm. If it stayed in the mid 60's to 70's at most it would be a lot better.
