Looking for a good graphics card

Solution
As far as that motherboard is concerned, yes, you can plug the XFX RX 460 in the PCIe x16 slot. However, I would take a closer look if your current PSU can supply enough power to your whole updated rig (should be around 400W-ish good quality PSU).

I, personally, still wouldn't recommend that even though it might work. Just so the OP knows that from the manufacturer website:
http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/products/amd-radeon-rx-400-series/rx-460-4gb-sf-rx-460p4sfg5
Requirements
External Power - 6-pins : 1
Minimum Power Supply Requirement : 400 watt
XFX Recommended Power Supply : XFX 450W PSU
Hence, the ~400W-ish recommendation. Nothing wrong or incorrect with going with a little bit of headroom. You can say that it was "incorrect" if a 150W PSU was recommended. :)
