Hey there guys, I've been bashing my head against this problem I have been having and I need help from knowledgable people.
Mobo: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Cpu: AMD FX 6300 Black Edition.
RAM: Gskill Ripsaws DDR3 8gx2
GPU: XFX R9 280x (that Ive had to RMA twice)
PSU: Corsair 750w
This seems to happen during the boot process, static on the desktop and when I browse the net. Especially when I browse the net it will get so bad as to get a ton on artifact then freeze, forcing me to hard restart.
I do alot of gaming on this rig; running D3, Overwatch and WoW on ultra settings across the board. However while playing these games, the artifacts never seem to occur.
I'm at my witts end here, guys.

P.S. Im not sure if this is a problem or not but, prior to building this rig I had a crap Dell inspironand used the R9 in there with it and had the same issues. When I built the rig, I used the same HHD in the new build without wiping the drive, due to being scared that I would loose all of my stuff. Am I an idiot and this could be causing my problems?
