Well my problem started out of nowhere. I was navigating online then my dell just shutdown, i thought it was nothing.
But day after day the periods of time my notebook run, since it started, began to be each time fewer than the last.
The problem is, it only occurs when i'm in normal mode, when i'm in safe mode this doesn't occur and it runs all night long without any ptoblem or crash.
He doesn't show BSOD nor nothing, it just restarts out of nowhere.
I tried everything instead of changing bios cause this notebook wasn't mine and i don't have the password to logon. I don't think this is HD cause if it was it problably would continued to crash in safe mode too, nor do i think it would be memory or any other component.
Since it has none components, besides my mouse, i don't know what the cause probrably is.
Sorry to be so boring and to waste your time. Ah! And for the bad english, this is not my mother-langue, i tried my best to be crystal clear in it and not confusing. I tried to fix it my own, but i couldn't, sorry guys.
