Bios didn's show up after build new PC mobo blinking red nonstop

In the pic i just disconected the graphics card cuz i want to get the hole case but i will connect it with the 8 pin VGA cable to the CPU

so i finish connect to all cables the all fans run up but no bios no signal
Modo blinking on red idk if it's mean problem
I really need help

Try a second stick of memory along the first stick. Look at the manual for install since they have to be in paired slots. We are running into this same problem tonight with only one stick of memory. It looks like the board has to have two sticks.

You followed the checklist completely including breadboarding it to be sure there are no shorts with the case? If so you have a dead motherboard most likely.

What does the manual say about the error code it's blinking?
