So I am building a new pc with a gigabyte h110m-s2 mobo(because they are around 20$ cheaper than b250m) and a pentium G4560(with hyper threading) and q flash the mobo with it . Now i saw at this website(http://www.gigabyte.com/MicroSite/121/tech_a_bios.htm) that hyper threading needs to be disabled while updating. Is it really necessary to disable hyper threading and if so, How?

Please explain!

Solution
When flashing BIOS, it is always better to follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
Not sure why they'd want that, since you can flash the same board using an i3 without disabling the hyper-threading.
There should (might) be an option in the BIOS to disable hyper-threading.
