Is my motherboard is enough to support dual rx 480 on crossfire

-z170a gaming m5
-16gb(8x2) ram corsair vengeance led 2666 mhz
-MSI Rx 480 Gaming X 8gb(2x) on crossfire
-SilverStone Strider Plus SST - ST70F - PB 700w 80+ bronze
-nzxt s340 black/red
-corsair h100i v2
-1tb WD black
-120 gb samsung 850 evo
-nzxt hue+

Hello! i'm wondering if my motherboard could support dual Rx 480 8gb and can i OC it. If so, how hard can i push my gpus?

Power consumption of the card is rated at 150W, recommended PSU wattage for single card is 500W.
For 2 cards - 650W PSU should be enough. You have good quality 700W PSU. So - no problems there.

As about overclocking ... have to advise against that. Or get PSU capable of delivering more power.
