Yes, you can add a graphics card after the PC is already built.

As SR-71 Blackbird has said, the PSU is of low quality. I would suggest you get an EVGA 650W 80+ Bronze. Furthermore, 8GB of RAM is very little for a build of your caliber. I suggest 16GB.

Just as an extra bit of information, your CPU would work best with a GTX 1070.

In addition to the comment above,

If you're not planning on upgrading your RAM later on, i'd recommend you get either 2 sticks of 4GB RAM of the same brand, model and speed bought in a kit, or two of 8GB ( just like said before ).

Aside from that, yup, everythings is good to go and you will have no problem whatsoever putting your future GPU inside your case after you've built. Actually, IMO the GPU is the easiest piece to put in.

Out of curiosity, which GPU are you planning to buy in the future?

Cheers.

Never heard of Avexir ram, would stick with name brand like GSkill, Crucial, Corsair, etc.
The $5 saved is not worth greatly increasing the chance of defective ram and havinging to fight with them to get an RMA.
Also as stated get a kit of ram instead of just 1 stick, ram is ment to run in pairs and will have a 10-15% performance improvement being in pairs.
It is also not wise to buy a stick now and a stick latter, even if they are the exact same model they may not play nice with each other.

Avexir is okay, so long as it is the Core series.
