i3-7100 and GTX 1050 TI

Hi! I was looking to upgrade my CPU to one of the newer skylake (turns out this is also kaby lake.. right?) Anyway, im new to the "intel" side of cpu as im much more amd knowledge sided. i know this cpu wont botleneck, but what are the avg frames i would be getting with this cpu? Along side is 8gb ddr4 2400mhz btw

BF1
GTA V SP
CSGO
WatchDogs2



Settings preferred is medium-high
 
i3 will get your gaming tasks done. Any gaming. However, don't be too surprised when it starts to choke on multiplayer mode or stream+game as it's only a dual core. Just mark my words. When Ryzen starts to go on sale next months, i5s might even be as cheap as i3s.

yeah i dont really play much gta online, i stick with sp. and ill keep that in mind when i go into online bf1 conquest and dip from 60 to like maybe 50. i get 40 on conquest now with my apu and gtx 1050 ti

Thanks! I cant wait to see the fps i get on csgo. I get 100-150 now on low 1080 and sometimes it spikes whenever i have a youtube video in the background

yeah i wasnt looking to purchase this until march, which is when ryzen releases. Hopefully they drop and i snag one
