Can a Msi Rx 470 Armor Oc Work with my Hp?

Wondering if I am Able to Upgrade my specs.
Current Specs
Intel (R) VPro (Supertino) 2 Duo Core (2.90Ghz)
Graphics.
Intel (R) q43\q45
.....
Wondering if I can upgrade to.
Intel (R) I3 7100 3.0ghz

Graphics
Msi Rx 470 Armor Oc.

Also 400w Power Supply..
8Gb Ram
I would like to know If My motherboard can Support the Upgrades I am Looking for.

At a guess- you can probably upgrade to the RX 470 (although might need a better power supply, the ones supplied with these off the shelf machines aren't usually very good for a performance gpu).

As for the processor- if you have a Core 2 duo then you would need a new motherboard to support the i3 7100. You might be able to get a second hand 'Core 2 Quad' cpu but I'd need to check the motherboard cpu support to know for sure. To be honest given the age of the machine, you might be better looking at a new build though.

My bad. The Proccessor was Intel VPro Centrino 2) Duo Core

I must admit I thought Centrino processors were only used in laptops? Either way it's same generation- honestly the cpu is a bit slow for an RX 470. You'd be better getting something cheaper like the RX 460 if you want to keep that cpu (as going any higher you won't gain any more performance, the cpu just won't be fast enough). It also depends on what games you want to play of course. A core 2 duo isn't fast enough to play the latest AAA games no matter what graphics board you use, but if you want to play lighters stuff (e.g. DOTA 2, LOL and so on) then it should still be enough.
