So About 1 or 2 days ago i turned on my PC and went for a game of comp on cs, and my frames were terrible. They are normally at around 45-60+ on csgo medium settings but since yesterday they have been at 13-25fps. I even tried minecraft to see if it was just csgo but it wasn't minecraft was running at about 44fps which is pretty low compared to what i used to get. It isn't the best PC but is better than my old laptop and that played better than my PC right now

System Specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66Ghz
8GB DDR3 Ram
Windows 10 Pro
GT710 2GB
1TB Hard drive

Its a DELL

Any suggestions are helpful.

I have read many threads but cannot find the answer so i came here and decided to ask my own question.

Sorry if it was one of my CSGO maps that caused your FPS to drop. :) Try uninstalling your Nvidia drivers and use DDU to remove all configs. The reinstall your cards newest drivers.

If that doesn't work then uninstall again but this time use driver 373.06 as the newer drivers starting with 375.xx have been plagued with bugs. Be sure to use DDU again just in case.
