Seasonic vs Be Quite PSU help to choose

Hey everyone. I need an advice which PSU to buy. Price is almost the same of these two. Chossing between Straight Power 10 400W & Seasonic SSP-450RT. Both are 80+ gold. My system require about 250 watts in peak. Any suggestions?

The Be quiet is made by FSP over in Chino CA (maybe, they have multiple locations). They make power supplies for wide ranges of industries and uses.

The seasonic is made by Seasonic in Taiwan. They have been in the PC PSU industry for quite a while. All their PSUs are good.

either PSU is going to be extremely high quality.
