How to switch a steam game's install location without a reinstall?

Im tyring to move saints row 2 to my SSD but i do not want to reinstall because i installed mods and dont want to lose the small amount of progress on my save game. I only want to move the game to a different hard drive.

Is this possible?

That functionality is now built directly into the Steam client:
To move an already installed game
Games library
Right click the game
Properties
Local Files
Move Install Folder
