Need Advice on PC upgrade

At the moment i have a Dell Inspirion 3650 Pc. Im looking to upgrade to a Gtx 1060 6gb. The problem is that i have to upgrade about 5 parts (GPU, Case, PSU, Motherboard and a fresh copy of windows 10 as mine is OEM). Im looking to spend around £500 and ideally would have a motherboard able to overclock my i5 6400 eg. Z170. Any reccomendations of specific parts?

I reckon you have a choice of three motherboards:
Asus Z170-P: £99.99
Asus Z170-A: £131.99
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming: £134.80

GPUs:
Asus Turbo 1060 6GB: £227.94
Gigabyte Windforce OC 1060 6GB: £232.52
Asus Dual 1060 6GB OC: £239.94

Corsair RM650X: £88.97

NZXT S340 Elite: £79.33

For example: £528.23

With the price of a 6400 and cheaper 1060 6GB combined you are at £400 already!
A Z170 motherboard will set you back £100 so we're at the budget already without a case, PSU or Windows. (!!)
Also, do you have compatible RAM already?

I think i was unclear. At the moment, i have a PC with Specs as follows:
i5 6400
Gt 730
8gb ram
1tb hard drive,
Windows 10
Some awful dell motherboard that isnt any standard size/format
240w PSU

I am looking to upgrade to a build with a:
Gtx 1060 6gb
Mid Tower Case - Need advice
Power supply - Need advice
Motherboard, Ideally a Z170 - Need advice

Also, thanks that you bothered to reply, i appreciate your help :)
