Best power graphics card under $100?

What do you recommend and what PC games can it handle at max settings?

If you can luck out and catch a sale, possibly a 1050.
If your perspective is at 4k res, none.
If your perspective is at 1080p, then it will run them well, but not necessarily on ultra. This is a very specific question and really requires using a compatibility checker or something similar, but this checks for the basic running ability.

RX-460. Depending on the CPU you have, medium to high settings at 1080p.

The RX 460 2gb would be the one, for 1080p. Max settings, or close to it, would be limited to esports games, like League of Legends. If you play at 720p then of course more games will run better.

Can you use full-size cards? You're not constrained by space inside the case, are you? Say, requiring a low-profile card, or limited to only a single slot height cooler, or a limit to the length of the card?

You are not going to get Max settings on a $100 GPU unless you are either running 720p resoution or playing 2012 era games.

Look for a rx-460, 1050, 950 ti, 750 ti in that order (1st to last)>
