How will it run Arma 3 highest settings 1440p?

Will I still be able to use Nvidia Ge force Experience?
 
You only need a 250GB SSD for OS and software, if you're doing video editing etc get a 500GB SSD, but that's as large SSD storage as you need.
It only helps loading times in games, not performance, get a 2TB HDD to go with it.
There are also quite a few other improvements that could be made in the build, the keyboard as well.
What is your budget?

Yeah I was gonna ask about that but I forgot to put it, it has been replaced with a Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Gaming 7 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard.

Looks like an expensive card though, 1200$? Along with the people talking about it, not a very popular card from what people are saying.
