Went to use USB and folders that I had worked with yesterday appeared empty as if all data had gone. I then tried to repair the usb just in case and now when I go to access said files they have turned into black exec icons and I cannot access the contents. When I click on the files it reads

Please can someone help me I really need to access these folders again! Too much hard work within them. Thank you in advance.
