CPU: FX-8350
Motherboard: ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
GPU: MSI R9 380 4GB
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo
HD: WD Blue 500GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Power Supply: Silverstone Striver 600W
RAM: Mushkin Enhance Blackline 16GB x2

I've never had this problem before when I had Windows 7 so I have no idea what the problem is. My computer will randomly go 100% disk usage on both (Samsung SSD and WD HDD) or the computer will randomly freeze and get hung up for more than a couple of minutes.

I've seen a lot of threads on this so I've tried all of the turning off superfetch, temperatures are fine, it's not OC'd, drivers are up to date, bios is up to date...

My thoughts are that this is a motherboard problem? This is my current motherboard and this was bought in July of 2012.

The FX8350 ISN'T SUPPORTED BY THAT BOARD , none of the 8 core 125w CPU's are supported. The board can't handle the heat and will always be unstable.

Revision 2 supports it , but can't handle it either.

"For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design."

This warning tells you it shouldn't have an 8 core 125w CPU mounted.
