Mistake using Eraser Program

So I used the Eraser program and "accidentally" erased my E: disk partition. Now, I'm selling this computer and planning to install windows 10 to the E: disk. I'm currently running off the C: disk but will remove it before using a usb to install windows 10 to the E: disk. My question is, once I remove my C: drive, will the HDD that was categorized as E: work again? I need it to be able to run windows and work normally. Also, will the computer be able to create a new E: disk partition if another drive was inserted?

Thanks for anyone who answers in advance. Sorry, I kind of delved into things I knew nothing about :)

Solution
The fact that the HDD is know to you and your System as Drive Letter E: is saved in Windows, which resides on your Harddrive. If you take out E: and plug it in somewhere else it is just a HDD with some Data on it. Simply reinstall WIndows on it and you are good to go.

So, just to clarify, if I were to just remove my current C: drive, and leave the (former) E: drive in the same place, and then install windows on the (former) E: drive, everything will be okay?
