Motherboard supports two way SLI.

As long as there are waterblocks available for your cards, you should be okay.

If this is your first water cooling build, I'd recommend soft tubing. It's much easier to work with in that you don't waste it just because your bend isn't perfect. That, and you don't need to pay for tools like a heat gun just to be able to bend it.

I indeed have done a hardline watercooling build, for my friend. He just bought the parts and I assembled it. I only did right angles.

Second. Here is the motherboard in question, it can do a dual SLI but is the PCI-E SSD slot at the bottom of the board?
