Hi,
I'm going to build my new PC within couple of months, but my budget is very tight. Also, as I'm not living in the US, Parts become excessively expensive!

So, would it be reasonable to go for the Intel HD Graphics 630 for now, then saving up some and grab a decent GPU later.

Or I should get GPU and cut cost somewhere?

I play most indy-games titles e.g. Subnautica, Oxygen not Included
I also would love to play more demanding games like GTAV

Here's the spec. The parts are identical to ones available in my country.

Thank you.

PS. Any suggestion for the HW Spec would be appreciated.

If you are willing to tough it out on an iGPU, then go for it. I can tell you from experience though, any kind of demanding gaming is going to be sub-par on an iGPU. I thought when I ordered my brothers i3 6100 that the Intel integrated graphics would be enough to tide him over til I gave him my old 7870, but a lot of games were borderline unplayable. You do have a better processor picked out, but you're still not going to get great performance out of the iGPU.

I don't really see a whole lot of room for budget cutting on your rig, unless you want to go down to an i3 with a 470 or something of the like. If you can get Windows 10 through your school or something for free though, that would definitely open up a little wiggle room for a GPU.
