all in one graphic card

i have a computer ALL IN ONE PC Lenovo ThinkCentre Edge 92z and try to run external GPU. i used GDC Express for the adapter and Nvidia GTX 750 Ti. I plugged everything together and the graphic card and power supply and everything are spinning and working but it does not detect or show up in my Devices Manager. how to i fix this even tho i try to install Nvidia driver from the website that matches my Graphic and it wont let me install. do any of of you know how to do this please help me.

I just finished looking over the specs for that express thing you bought, your model computer is not listed as being compatible.

I don't think that Windows is your issue.
