Weird PC noise

- I'd expose the side of the case and then run it and try to isolate the location with my ear.
- If that didn't help, Shut down, and open up the case.
First thing I would look for is any wiring touching fan blades. Next I would feel each fan with my hand...spin them, check for vertical play..just see how they feel, does something feel a little not right.
- I have had two TR2 power supplies fail, so also keep that in mind.

Definitely sounds like a fan going bad and is just happening to hit the right rpm to rattle the bearings. You'll need to isolate the actual fan, and if it happens to be the psu fan, I'd replace that TR2 with a better unit. The TR2's are notorious for mediocre to lousy units, depending on actual manufacturing plant.

Also, monitor your CPU and GPU temps and fan speeds, and see if that's all related.
I use HWInfo64 (free). If the temps are bad, you'll need to fix that (blow out heatsinks, reseat with new thermal paste, etc). There is also software to allow you to control fan rpm's (assuming fan is fine).

I just opened my case while the noise was happening and held the CPU fan and it stopped, should I replace it and with what fan?

My 3rd core got up to 66c max while playing CSGO.

66 degrees is high for that CPU, from what I read.
Due to the fact there is some concern about the fan itself, and also the temperatures, it would be a good idea to re-apply thermal paste and replace the heatsink/fan as well. The link in my previous post lists solution for that. I personally use the EVO 212 on my Intel CPU, and it is quite efficient. It might also be a good idea to confirm the temps you are seeing with another monitoring software. I like HWInfo (free).

Thanks for the help man, but I did find a fan called the Cryorig H7 and it seems to be a lot easier to put in and a tiny bit better.

Considerably easier to mount, shorter because of its offset design so fits better with most cases, and does outperform the hyper212 in every category tested.

Just make sure you thoroughly clean the cpu lid before swapping coolers. It's kinda important this is done right.
