I recently bough a I5 4690k cpu pair with a hyper evo 212, i manage to get it to 4.6ghz at 1.24v,
i ran prime95 v26.6 for 10 minutes and hit a max temp of 83c then stay at 80c after 5 minutes, would this be consider stable?, if so is it runing too hot? would my normal usage temperature be lower? should i run a longer test? and final question, did i win the chip lottery? Thank you.

Solution
Seems fine, I have the i5 4690k and Hyper 212 EVO currently, It runs at 4.4 GHz and I get 79 degrees and when it use to be 4.5 GHz it was ~80. So 83 degrees is no problem.
