My computer has been running poor and has been freezing. I played CS:GO a week ago and I checked my CPU cores and they were all around 100 degrees Celsius and throttling, normally i can max all settings. I have since been monitoring my computer temp and they idle at 45 with after market cooler. my computer when doing minimal tasks freezes i.g. when using google chrome. I have used multiple anti-viruses and have not detected anything and have tried reseting and i would not let me either saying that it can not perform that. What is interesting is that i played Rainbow Six Siege and I got temps of 85 but CS:GO around 99C which is a less intensive game IMO. I have done no over clocking. could it be my MOBO?? Drivers are up to date...

Are you 100% you have the CPU cooler installed correctly make sure that the CPU pump is plugged into the CPU socket of the motherboard and not in the system fan slot also are the fans on the radiator spinning if not most likely not installed correctly if they are most likely their is a problem with the pump just RMA and get another one.

The problem happened before I installed the radiator, bought it to combat issue. All fans are hooked up correctly, the issue came out of nowhere.

@PhysX_HW i have tried reapplying thermal paste couple times, it does not help with the constant freezing, i wanna say the issue is an out of date driver but i can not find which is out of date.
