Hello everyone. My newly built computer decided not to post anymore after I changed the CPU.

I was getting a little bit of CPU bottle necking for my graphics card on certain games when I was using an i5 6600, so I decided to return it and upgraded to i7 6700k. Once I have done that the computer stops to post. Also don't know is this a feature of my GPU or what, but the GPU fan spin will cycle, it just go on and off. I don't have a mobo speaker since it didn't come with the mobo.

Here are my specs:
CPU: i7-6700k
Mobo: H110M-ITX/ac
RAM: G.Skill Rip jaws 2*8 16 GB DDR4 2400
GPU: EVGA 1060 SC 6 GB
PSU: EVGA 600 BQ
CPU Cooler: H100i v2

What I have tried:
1) reset the CMOS multiple times (though I'm not sure am I doing it right since I see no results)
2) took everything out of the case and assembled it on top of a cardboard box as test bench to make sure everything is connected properly
3) reseated everything
4) tried to boot with only memory, cpu, and GPU connected.
5) I have gotten the CPU replaced 2 times.

I am out of options on what to do. I have build tons of computer before and this is the first time I ever have posting issues. Worst comes to worst I go to a local computer shop to buy mobo speaker.

Problem fixed... somehow my MB bricked when i upgraded the CPU (something having to do with how BIOs updates and CMOS works on that mobo) so i just switched my mobo and now it works
