I want to edit 4k footage for a indie feature film. I hv a amd fx 8350 processor 4ghz abd 32 gb corsair ram and 3000 ati radeon. I knw that i need to upgrade graphics card. Can someone suggest if this cpu with better graphics card can edit qnd color correct 4k footage on premier pro abd resolve.

it can, but the new Ryzen CPUs due out on March 2 will be much better at it.
Also CPU is more important than GPU for 2D editing.
