I used apu a8 6600k richland
Rx 480 nitro+ oc
Ram corsair 8gb 4x2 1333mhz
Windows 7 pro 64bit
Mobo asus f2a55 m lk plus
Psu 500w enermax

I was watched youtube that rx 480 can reach 50fps minimum in battlefield 1 64 player. But mine was 30 and sometimes 25fps when its crowded or in intense war. Is this called bottleneck? Or maybe somethings wrong in my system or driver. I felt unsatisfy with my new gpu. Thanks

yes, your cpu is too weak for a 480 to reach proper performance

you cant just add a rocket to a donkey and expect it to fly

If you want to get the most out of your GPU, you will have to go with a completely new motherboard and socket. If you want to save money I'd recommend getting a Intel i3-6100 at the minimum.

dont, that is not an upgrade

there is no cpu on that platform that can keep up with a 480

CPU: Intel i3-6100 $119
MOBO: Biostar B150S1 $69 (currently a 50% off promo so $35)
RAM: Crucial 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 2133MHz $55

Total: $243, $209 with the MOBO discount

Unfortunately getting a new CPU like requires new RAM since the motherboards support DDR4 and not DDR3.

If you want to keep the current RAM that you have you can get this instead.

CPU Intel i3-4170 $123
MOBO: ASRock H81M-DG4 $46

Total: $169

If you go this route you could get an i5 CPU and a slightly better motherboard since you get to keep the RAM you currently have, you save a lot on budget. Unfortunately Retail i5's for the 1150 socket, are being overpriced as it is slowly being phased out. If you can find a brand new i5 or a used one within your budget It's worth getting.
