Do You Mean Dell Dimension E520 ?
If yes then Silverstone Strider Essential 400W 80+/Enermax NAXN 500W should do the job very well. You can also add something like dedicated GPU into them because E520 mobo had some space for single slot PCI-e x16.
PS: this builtup has some minor issue with psu compatibility because of the BTX form-factor, its definitely nothing much to do with it.
