I can't install Windows 7. " Windows cannot be installed in this disk." My disk partition is unallocated. I received errors like 0x80070057 and 0x80070017. I am installing windows 7 using bootable usb. I search all possible solution in the net but there's none solution that could solve my case. When the first screen shows up it says that the S.M.A.R.T .... BAD, Back up, and Replace. Thanks for the reply bro.

That is not a driver issue. Sounds more like a damaged partition of physically damaged HDD.
Try creating a new MBR partition for the entire HDD with gparted (this is a Linux based tool that is available with nearly every Live distro). or you can get here:

You should try from another system. Via the command prompt you won't be able to modify the active partition anyway. Gparted Live should be burned to a CD/written to a USB drive. You then boot from that device and modify the HDD into.
