Budget gaming PC Building under 200

Want to build low tech PC so I can play games at low settings and 720p resolution within 20 to 30 fps.

Amd vs Intel? I am getting Intel core i3 2120 @30 bucks and amd a8 7860k @120 bucks

Tell me also the future upgrade options

I have decided to buy Hyperx fury ram DDR3 or ddr4 depend on the motherboard.

And corsair 350 watt power supply.
We blue 320 GB HDD

Tell me also suggestion for CPU , motherboard and graphics card

2120 is not a bad choice, pick ASRock or ECS for around 50 t0 60 bucks motherboard to really cut the budget. Dont get the performance Memory, use a basic like Kingston KVR series. For 200 Bucks @720p i can say something like R7 240 1GB DDR5 is a reliable choice, cost around 60 bucks or even less. Also, if you can, get a better PSU, low-end Corsair's PSU are total crap and more like a cheap parts inside of it. If you can afford, pick something like EVGA 500B or better brand like Seasonic and Superflower.

Thats all i can say, the allocation budget should be around 195 to 210 bucks max.
P.S. : If you can, find a second hand part, 3rd gen i3s and motherboards combos are really cheap these days, you can really save your money for tight...
