Not enough cores

I have Intel Core i5-4460 and it should have 4 cores as i know, but everywhere it shows only 2 cores and 2 threads, tried to change it in msconfig>boot>advanced options, but there it also shows max cores of 2, what should i do? And yeah, i was rebuilding my pc so this processor went after i had a crappy intel pentium with 2 cores, maybe thats the reason?

Where in bios can i find it? checked everywhere and didnt see any core quantity or sth like this, only voltages and frequency
