Need help choosing a cpu

Really need more info to make a proper decision, especially need to know what PSU you have.

The three fastest CPU's in order are: i7-3770K, Xeon E3-1275 V2 and the i7-2700K.

And before you spend money on this make sure that a new Ryzen chip/mobo/RAM will not be just as cheap while way outperforming these choices.
