Rx470 broken fan blades

Looking for some advice i have accidentally broken two blades on one of my fans on an rx470 strix the fan woeks fine but at around 50% load it starts to vibrate like crazy im looking to replace the fan but struggling to find a replacment so which leaves and aftermarket cooler ive been looking at arctic accelero twin turbo iii would this be sufficient any recommendations welcome

ive tried to rma it back to asus but will have to go through place of purcase i recived an email from place of purcase stating that ive to send them the card for inspection as its not with in there 28 day return policy to see if its a manufacturers fault and if it not the card will be sent back to me at my cost so stuck on what to do

That will be your only option sadly. I'm a little shocked though, after the typical 30-day return policy, RMA's are always handled through the manufacturer. You may have ordered from a company that doesn't adhere to that then.
