Hi! I would like to know, the best Thermal Paste for the cpu i7-6700k & the fan cryorig h7 to keep a very cool temperature! Also, I want to know if the fan Cryorig h7 will fit in a mid tower case. Thank you!!

Solution
I agree the cryorig CP9 paste that comes with it is pretty good. I dont know if it will fit in your case, it depends on which case you are using.
I personally like to use Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound AS5-3.5G over oem ones, why ? 2 reasons, 1 it dries up in warm temp areas and I live in Texas and I find the oem paste on cpu/heatsink and dry and brittle. secondly, AS5 has been proven to be better than almost all standard pastes for thermal diffusion to heatsink, bringing temps lower under heavy usage.

just saying. and its so cheap.... $4.79 for peace of mind... why chance the oem is your best solution

Note: when I state over oem, I mean I remove oem paste and replace it with, not add it over the oem paste.

I still don't know what case I'm buying. But I will like to know, if it would fit in most of mid tower cases. Since the Cryorig h7 is big. In case that it doesn't fit in most of the mid tower cases, then I'm changing the fan, since I don't like full tower cases. For example would it fit in the:

Its not really on OEM paste, its cryorig CP9 which they sell separately as well as with their coolers. CP9 is really very good, I would say its as good or better than AS5. AS5 is quite an old thermal paste design with a "break in period" it takes many cycles of hot cold before it gives the best temps its capable of . Arctic MX-4 while slightly more expensive would be a better choice than AS5 in my opinion, if the OP really wants to buy thermal paste.

I would think it would fit in the majority of mid tower cases. Most case manufacturers list the maximum cooler height supported.

So the best Thermal Paste for the cryorig h7 would be the one that comes with it? Thank you!
