It means return merchandise authorization. There are 3 ways to update your bios. The best and most safe is download and copy the uncompressed bios to USB. Put the USB in the special back USB slot and hold the button for 3 seconds to flash you bios. It's called backlash on your motherboard.

Ok guys, old GPU working just fine, rebooted PC couple of times and it's fine...old GPU is 2GB AMD Radeon HD7850, so the new one is less power hungry...im gonna try with BIOS update and get back to you, ty all

I have a question are you mounting your heatsink (assuming aftermarket) with metal risers, I am asking because I ran into this problem this weekend and found that bracket made for my heatsink (aftermarket) where metal and softly scratched the top layer of the motherboard and this H81MHD3 has lines of power running too close to the mounting holes (damn MATX board) to the mounting spots, I cleaned and applied thick transparent shipping tape on the board and remounted my heatsink and the problem was solved.. maybe something to look at.

If you mean by mounting heatsing on CPU, then yes, but i didnt touch it at all, just swipe out old GPU and PSU and replace them with new ones. As i said, old GPU working just fine, new one doesn't even want to start PC at all, like it's dead.
