hello (apologise if this is the wrong forum section)

im finding it difficult choose parts for a home build, pc will mostly be used for:

  • general internet browsing (youtube, downloading, shopping etc)

    bit of word processing/homework

i have a couple things chosen, just chose brands similar to my gaming pc (choosing less powerfull parts seems harder :pt1cable:)

Budget £200-250

CPU: most likely intel core i3?
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU: corsair CX450M https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020101-UK-CX450M-Bronze-Certified/dp/B01C3FFOHS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1487861679&sr=8-2&keywords=corsair+450
or
http://www.ebuyer.com/726366-corsair-vs-series-450-watt-power-supply-cp-9020096-uk
i think the only difference is one is semi-modular and the other is not

RAM: 2x4GB G.skill ripjawsx

motherboard as usual i have no idea
case not too sure as well

please also give me your recommendations just no amd

thanks in advance!
