PC crashes when start or play game

Hey, i have been having problems with my pc for last 3 months. The problem is that my pc just completly crashes right when i load the game or when i play for max 5 minutes. It gives me these screens http://imgur.com/a/i9Eyb . I don´t know what to do anymore. I have already replaced GPU, Power source and mainboard, 2 times reinstalled Windows and nothing helped so far. I also did memory diagnostic, showed nothing.

Have you made sure the GPU drivers are current?

Try changing RAM or run on one stick at a time even if you ran the tests on it. You tested pretty much anything that can cause these issues, aside from the RAM and CPU. Maybe heat?

I tried AIDA64 stress test where i got my CPU up to 100 so i don´t think it is because of heat. Also tried run just on one stick but doesn´t help, really don´t know what to do anymore.

What power supply and video card did you replace things to? If you did a clean Windows setup and heat is OK, then it really has to be a hardware issue somewhere.

I had about 10 years old 500W supply, don't even know the name anymore, card was Gigabyte GTX 960 G1 Gaming 2 GB
My pc worked there for half year, than it started.

Well first thing is get a good quality new power supply, not an old one with an unknown brand.

OK, when I asked what you replaced them to (not from) you said a 10 year old one. That is a good PSU, should not be an issue with that. When you said you replaced the GPU, when did you do that, is that the one you did half a year ago? Or did you replace it after you started having the issues? Can you test your card in another computer?
