Rear and top exhaust fans question

My case is Fractal Design ARC MIDI R2. I have two fans in the front that serve as intakes and one exhaust fan at the back (rear), I also have another exhaust fan at the rear top.
When the pc is at idle all working fine, I can put my hand at the back of the pc and feel strong air pressure coming out of the rear fan, but when I game and the graphics card and cpu's fans (NH-D14) are working than the air pressure coming from the back is really low, I can barely feel the air coming out.
Should I remove the rear top fan and leave only the one at the back? Do you think I have some sort of resistance beteween the two fans and the exhuation is not as optimal as it should be?

My CPU cooler is directed to the back of the pc, I use noctua's NH-D14 which has two fans.
Do you thing the rear top fan is uselss?

Thanks in advance.

If the CPU cooler is pointed the right way, it could be a combination of two other factors. If other parts blow air out of the case, they can divert airflow away from the top fans. The two most likely parts are the PSU, if the fan on it pulls air from inside the case, and the GPU if it vents out the back panel.

Both the CPU cooler's fans are pointed to the back if that's what you're asking.

Not exatly,

A 2 fan cpu cooler has 1 fan that is blowing air IN to the cooler, and another sucking it OUT of the cooler.
The arrows on the fans should go from front of the case to back.
If the fans are reversed then you are pulling your air for the cpu copoler from the back of the case and blowing it to the front.
Thus you are sucking hot air into the cooler that was ment for the exhaust case fans and then blowing the now even hotter air into the front of case and completley disruptting the natural airflow path.

I will double check that, but I believe that they are pointing the same direction (from front to back) just by looking at the blades' direction.
But just for your general opinion, if the cpu fans are pointed to the back directly, is there any point having a top rear exhuat as well? I have msi gtx 1070 gaming x which has two fans, I believe they blow upwards towards the cpu?
