Hello,
I'm new to this forum but I would like some help. I have recently installed a new graphics card (GTX 1050Ti) and have been experiencing BSOD. The crashes only occur when I play games such as overwatch and halo wars 2. The problem may have no relation to the graphics card but has arisen after the installation of it. Whocrashed indicated that it is due to ntoskrnl.exe & ntkrnlmp.exe but I have no idea what drivers could be causing the crash.

Razer driver is for your keyboard, can't say i seen that driver name before though. Do you use Synapse?

realtek driver for your soundcard/motherboard - look on motherboard web site and see if any newer drivers. You can also go direct to Realtek for those.

Windows generally isn't suicidal so its not either of the processes you mentioned as they both relate to the windows Kernel

I can't read the dumps but what you can do while you wait for those that can is read the instructions and run Driver Verifer and when it bsod, run who crashed again and see what driver it blames. If you unsure of results, copy summary here and we see what we can find

So I ran the driver verifier and the first time I could not boot my pc to the login screen given this BSOD:
On Thu 23/02/2017 6:59:53 PM your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\022317-16140-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: rtkvhd64.sys (RTKVHD64+0x200)

Bug check description: This is the general bug check code for fatal errors found by Driver Verifier.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: rtkvhd64.sys (Realtek(r) High Definition Audio Function Driver, Realtek Semiconductor Corp.).
Google query: Realtek Semiconductor Corp. DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION

After disabling the driver I rebooted and got another BDOS:
On Thu 23/02/2017 7:14:16 PM your computer crashed

After this I came here... currently I'm updating these drivers
