Is it better to get more VRam or is better a higher clock/more Shader Units?

As a Title, I have the opportunity to buy a laptop:

HP 15-AY039NL
Intel i7 6500U
8GB DDR4
AMD Radeon R7 M440 4GB

ACER E5-575G-72LP
Intel i7 7500U
12GB Ram (not specified)
NVIDIA GeForce 940MX 2GB

The acer costs 30€ more. Which one is best to buy?

I develop games in HTML5 as a job, and as hobby i develop 3d game with Unity.

Depends on what you're doing. If more CPU-bound stuff then the Acer, if more GPU bound then the HP. I don't know what would be better for those programs. I would get a desktop if that's your primary workstation. Laptops just can't touch Desktop performance.

You are absolutely right, but I need a laptop.

For my work I need a good CPU power more than a good GPU. But for Unity I need a good GPU. And in addition in my free time i would like to play something. So a GPU makes difference. I've already calculated the CPU difference between the two. And both are good to me. So i need an extra point of view for the GPU
