Are some game flickers normal in some places? I stressed my gpu with OCCT for errors and I got nothing but in battlefield 1 and rise of the tomb raider in some particular places grass starts to flicker a little if I don't move(there are just little flickers)

Use unigine and furmark to test your system and see if anything artifacts. If you see weird looking textures or strange proportions on objects then you've got something wrong.

Yes, furmark will stress the card a different way.
If those two programs work with no artifacting, you can also try 3DMark and Fire Strike benchmarks to completely ensure.
So, if all four of these work just fine, it's more than likely a bad texture or file in the game.
