Hi everyone. I kinda have a problem.
Recently i purchased the almost last component for my pc which is the processor and the remaining one is the graphics card.
When i bought the cpu i thought i can run my pc without a graphics card. But apparently i cant, or i've done things wrong.

So, my motherboard [ msi h110m pro-d ] has a dvi-d port. I connected an dvi to vga adaptor in it to make possible connection to my monitor. But when i power it on, nothing shows up on the monitor. It says 'no signal'.

Oh and one more thing. When i press the power on button some of the "EZ system debug leds" are blinking.
The +CPU for like 1 second and then it turns off and the +DRAM goes on for 4-5 seconds.

I've been to a service and they tested every single component. Everything is working properly.

So in the end i have 2 questions.
Can i run my pc without a graphics card or do i need to buy on to make it post?

Is it going to work if i will use a friend's video card to install windows & drivers and then give it back to him?

Solution
That motherboard needs a BIOS update to support that processor.
Your PC will not work without that and you need a working PC to update the BIOS.
You can buy a lowest priced supported processors, try a PC shop or contact MSI and see if they can send you a updated BIOS chip.
