We have 2 PCs at home connected to the net and when both are online and I try to play online (any of my games) I suffer constant and high latency (<3000 ms) that prevents me from playing at all. When the other PC disconnects from the net, I suffer lag no more (the other PC never experiences lag at all, doesnt matter whether my PC is or not online).
I tried to connect my old PC in case it was a router/ISP problem, but with my old one I have no issues at all, it only happens with my new PC. Besides, I talked to my ISP provider and we run some speed tests, my Internet is working fine and my optic fiber 300 MB has no decrease in speed (upload or download).
My old PC and the other one I have at home have Windows 7 installed, my new one (the one I have issues with) uses Windows 10. My new PC doesnt have a network adapter, it uses the one in the motherboard (Asus H170 Pro Gaming) instead.
I have disabled the Windows 10 peer to peer update, Onedrive, Xbox. I have oponed specific ports in my router for my IP and for the games I normally play… The issue still remains and nothing seems to fix it.
What could I do to solve my problem? I am desperate, have tried everything I could think of or found out online. Thanks so much for your interest and help.
