Have been looking and noticed that the RYZEN 1700 is £319.99 and a Intel i7 7700K is £319.50.
Would this be a good price to get it at or still wait.

Lol Intel 7700k all day ignore the hyped ryzen. Real world performance is not about number of cores its about single core performance and Intel has ryzen beat on this front even when not over clocked. Example you have two CPUs one has 4 cores at 5 GHz the other has 8 cores at 3.5 GHz, now software may use 1 2 or how ever many cores but most software will still use 2 cores maybe four and especially games rely on faster single cores. So all them synthetic benchmarks are pointless because real world is different. What use is all them cores unless your a heavy video editor and have the right software and even then Intel excels in this department. I'm not a fanboy names don't matter only performance !
