My rig :
Asus H270f mainboard

Could you list all the thing I need , like .net framework , c++ , directx , any apps related to my hardware to manage them , everything you can think of please

Solution
A good antivirus program. I like Avast because it has a good silent/gaming mode you can always leave on so it doesn't bug you: https://www.avast.com/en-us/index
Your motherboard drivers: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-H270F-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/
Your GPU drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
MSI Afterburner, so you can have an onscreen display of hardware usage and temperatures ingame: https://www.msi.com/blog/setting-up-osd-with-msi-afterburner
Process Lasso can be used to keep your memory usage down by limiting the performance impact of unfocused software: https://bitsum.com/
Steam to get PC games. http://store.steampowered.com/

A real internet browser: https://www.google.com/chrome/
http://www.pcworld.com/article/2955484/windows/how-to-change-windows-10s-default-web-browser-to-chrome-firefox-or-opera.html
An adblocker to prevent you from malicious advertising virus/malware while browsing the web: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en

.net and C++ and ect are only installed on an as needed basis by games and software. If they ever ask to install one, say yes.

Generally less is more, computers always perform their best before installing any heavy apps.

Solution
start with your mb bios make sure it up to date. if your using an ssd make sure you have the ssd toolmox installed so you can run garbage cleanup on it. malwarebytes is good to run to make sure web badies dont get into your pc. you need java and flash and if you watch netflix you need microsoft silverlight. if you use firefoix or crome install adblock. lots of drive by virus now are from pop ups.

Malwarebytes it good for virus cleanup, but unless you pay for it won't protect you from viruses. It doesn't hurt to already have it installed though.

I'm going through what you mentioned earlier , for internet security and antivirus I'm going to comodo , I've been using it for three years now , and I never had any problem with viruses ( I download torrents and risky files all the time , and it also has game mode
