Problem with POST. Does Mobo support ram I'm using?

I just built a new PC but when I start it I get 3 long beeps and o signal to moniter. From what I've found while trying to solve this it might be my mobo doesn't support my RAM. I have an MSI H110M ECO mobo and 8gb ddr4 - 2133 UDIMM for RAM.

Looked into it more mobo does support ram, but now when I turn it on no beeps and still no signal

Also when I plug in the system fan to the motherboard nothing turns on but when I unplug it I have to move the sys fan stuff around again and then everything turns on. This is my first time building so I may need a lot of detail in help

Need to update the bios with a Skylake cpu. or return the h110m, and get a b250

either buy a cheap skylake. or take it to shop that do it for a fee, or contact MSI and send it for them to upgrade for free?

try taking out the gpu and use the iGPU only?

remove gpu, all hard drives, and all RAM sticks.

now install only 1 RAM stick, making sure it's in the correct slot as listed in the motherboard's manual.

make sure you have these two cables from the power supply connected to the motherboard. 24pin atx power, and the 8pin(sometimes 4pin) cpu power.

connect your display cable to the motherboard's display port on i/o shield.

try now and see what happens

I don't get what you are talking about with the fans. it shouldn't matter what sys_fan header they are connected to. can you take a picture of your build for us to look over?

remove those connectors from the jusb header, don't need those yet. in that picture the connector from your case's front panel isn't connected to the header under the 24pin atx power header.

also, you do have the i3-6100 cpu installed right?

lastly... compared to my msi motherboard, your cmos battery is the opposite direction to mine. the plus sign on the top of the cmos battery needs to be spun 180 degrees, so that it is on the opposite end of the release latch... this could be your problem, check on your board, but dont power up until you see if that is how it's supposed to be oriented on that board.
