I recently built a computer and I am having issues once I install my video card. The computer boots up to bios fine without the video card and no OS installed on any hard drive. Once I put in my Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb the computer starts up then after ~5 seconds reboots in an endless cycle. What might be wrong? what should I do? my current build is:
