((((1 x M.2 Socket (Key E), supports type 2230 WiFi/BT module)))) am i handicap to only wifi??

The B250 GAMING K4 has two M.2 slots which will support the MX300 M.2 ssd. That M.2 slot(key E) is only specific to a wifi/BT card.

Yes, there is a specific M.2 slot for Wifi/BT card (not included with the motherboard). If you look further down the page, you will see that there is another two M.2 slots for storage devices in the storage devices section.
