Between the 2, G4560 wins in both in price/performance and upgradability. FX 6300 is a dead-end.

Basically, neither.
The FX is way past the "buy this" timeline, and the G4560 is pretty underpowered for serious Autocad work.
So the first question is....What level of Autocad is this?
Hobbyist? If so, there are other tools that are cheaper and will work with the G4560. Why does it have to be 'AutoCad"?
Professional, as in a paid gig for this, doing it all day every day? You need more horsepower.
Second question...what is the rest of the system and budget?
